2. Shopping Limits

We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per individual, household, or order. This may include orders placed under the same account, payment method, or shipping address.

3. Product Details, Pricing & Availability

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product information, pricing, and availability. However, occasional errors may occur. Product colors may appear differently due to screen settings, which are beyond our control.

Listing a product on the website does not guarantee its availability or the accuracy of its pricing. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct it, cancel affected orders, or contact you with clarification.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Please ensure accurate shipping details when placing an order, including building number, flat or villa number, city, and a reachable phone number. Orders within Bahrain are delivered via our partnered courier services.

Delivery charges are calculated based on the chosen method, product weight, or dimensions. Failure to deliver due to incorrect address or contact information may result in additional charges.

• Transit Time: Up to 7 business days

5. Payments

We accept secure online payments via BenefitPay, Visa and MasterCard. All payments must be made in Bahraini Dinar (BHD).

Payment details are encrypted using SSL technology and processed via authorized payment gateways. We do not store or share credit card information with third parties, except where legally required.

If your payment is declined, please check with your issuing bank. DAME Accessories is not liable for declined or delayed transactions.

6. Order Cancellations

By DAME Accessories:

We reserve the right to cancel orders for reasons including:

• Payment failure
• Inaccurate contact or delivery details
• Product unavailability

By the Customer:

You may cancel your order if:

• It hasn’t been processed or shipped
• If already shipped, cancellation may incur delivery costs

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

As per our policy:

• Returns and exchanges must be requested within 2 days of receipt
• Items must be unused and in original packaging with all accessories/tags
• Customized items are not eligible for return unless faulty

8. Warranty & Repairs

All DAME Accessories products are inspected before dispatch. Should an issue arise within one (1) day of receipt, please contact info@damedesignsbh.com. Six months manufacturing warranty applies unless otherwise stated.

9. Website Conduct & Security

Users must not:

• Access accounts or data not belonging to them
• Disrupt or overload the website (e.g., spamming, uploading malware)
• Impersonate any aspect of the site or its administrators

We reserve the right to investigate misuse and cooperate with authorities in case of violations.
