1.1 You may return any item purchased from DAME Accessories within 2 days of purchase, provided it is unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original receipt or invoice.
1.2 All returns must include original packaging, tags, certificates (if any), and any accessories that came with the item at the time of purchase.
1.3 DAME Accessories reserves the right to decline returns if the item shows signs of wear, has been altered or damaged, or is missing any of its original components mentioned above.
1.4 Items purchased during promotions, discounts, or sale periods are non-returnable.
1.5 If your return is approved, you will be refunded the full purchase amount excluding shipping or delivery fees.
1.6 Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 21 days for the amount to reflect in your account.
