Order Fulfillment & Production Timelines

• In-stock items are dispatched within 1 business day of order confirmation and shipped based on the selected delivery option.
• Out-of-stock or made-to-order pieces require 4–6 weeks to produce. These include popular designs temporarily unavailable or custom selections requiring special preparation.
• Bridal and special occasion pieces, known for their hand-set detailing, layered craftsmanship, and bespoke finishes, are considered limited edition and may take up to 3 months to complete. These are one-of-a-kind pieces made with extra care and intention.
